Our LGBTQ-Inclusive Venue
We are so excited to be included in the family of LGBTQ-friendly businesses by the LGBT Mid-America Chamber of Commerce. And right here at home, we’re now recognized as a member of WECo. This is the Wedding and Events Coalition, which sees that we offer a beautiful and welcoming LGBTQ wedding venue.
WECo states that it’s “a coalition of wedding and event professionals dedicated to providing affirming and inspirational occasions for the LGBTQ+ community.” WECo’s founder, Morgan Miller, started the organization to create a list of event vendors. They must be “not only accepting of same-sex couples but enthusiastic.” And we’re enthusiastic, too.
Affirming, Inclusive Services
We love everyone. We can’t state it enough. The Outreach Event Space is in itself a celebration. A wedding, reception, or any event with us will be festive, fun, and filled with emotion. The event space is the perfect size for any group. You can host an intimate gathering or an energized party for a special couple and 100+ revelers.
We’re located in the heart of the Crossroads in downtown Kansas City. And our space is as classic and eclectic as it is contemporary and cool. Check out our long list of wonderful amenities. We have a full catering kitchen and getting-ready suites, our sound system and warm party lights. Your special event doesn’t stop with us. We have relationships with some of the very best vendors in the entire Kansas City area, and of course all of them are inclusive, welcoming, and happy to serve anyone and everyone to make their occasion as bright and meaningful as it could possibly be.
