Not only do we include everything, from tables, chairs, speakers and a mic system, suites, and kitchen area, we also provide some floor plan layouts so you can start to see our space with the table setup and imagine the most comfortable arrangement for your guests.

We’ve designed some floor plans for weddings and also for other events and celebrations, large and small.

Event Planning Made Easier

With our floor plan guide you can see the footprint of our entire event space, from front to back. You can also share it with your design team, your coordinators, or your hired help to give them a head start on your party setup.

And when you rent with us at the Outreach Event Space, we put out all of the tables and chairs stacked for you to set up however you’d like, so you’re free to get creative with the space.

Optional Event Services

You will need to tear down the tables and chairs at the end of your event, but if you’d rather not have to worry about the time and stress of that added responsibility, you can purchase the service of a team to set up, room flip, and tear down. We would staff the appropriate people to get this accomplished.
